For 20 years Lower Loudoun Girls Softball League (LLGSL) has provided the opportunity to learn and play in recreational (house league) and tournament-level fast-pitch softball programs in the Sterling, Va., area. We offer a positive and fun environment where your daughter learns softball skills, teamwork and sportsmanship.

We have the right team for you -
 

• Recreational (house) league teams: Both spring and fall seasons are available for these teams.

• Tournament/travel teams: The Baseliners compete year-round in five age groups.

• Introductory tournament teams: The Sterling Spirit competes in the summer and provides a bridge between recreational and Baseliners teams.

We practice and play on local fields with occasional travel to nearby fields!!
