Here is all the information you need to know about registering for the Spring 2026 House League Season:

Age Divisions: LLGSL offers opportunities for girls to learn and play the game of softball in the following age divisions:

· 6U Tee-Ball (4 ½-6-year-olds)

· 8U Machine Pitch (7–8-year-olds)

· 10U (first year player pitch for 9–10-year-olds)

· 12U (11–12-year-olds)

· Senior Division (13–18-year-olds)

Registration Fees:

· 6U – $110

· 8U through Senior Division - $190

NEW THIS SEASON-Siblings Discount: If you have more than one player in the house league, LLGSL offers a $20 discount for each additional sibling after one full registration price is paid. All siblings must be registered at the same time to receive the discount.

Registration closing dates and waitlists: Registrations will automatically close when roster limits are reached and you will be waitlisted. Do not delay registering your player to assure you will be placed on a team this spring. Late fees will be added to any registrations completed after 11pm on Sunday, 1 February.

Late Fee: a $35 late fee will be charged for registration beginning on Monday, 2 February.

Age Group Determination: Age group determination is based on player age on 31 August. This is a change from previous years where 1 January was used. The change was made because most of the softball governing bodies have switched. WE ARE AWARE THAT THIS HAS CAUSED SO CONCERNS ABOUT THE AGE DIVISION YOU ARE BEING OFFERED. PLEASE REGISTER FOR THE AGE DIVISION YOU ARE PROMPTED TO AND MAKE A NOTE ON THE REGISTRATION AND WE WILL MOVE YOU ON THE ADMIN SIDE. Note: there is a price difference that will need to be paid for changes from 6u to 8u.

The registration system will only display the age division option available to your player based on their date of birth. Requests to “play up” an age division should be sent to llgirlssoftballleague@gmail.com and include the reasons for your request. Please also make a note on the registration program under the “Notes and Requests” section of the player registration form. A move from 6u to 8u will require an extra fee. LLGSL does allow players that are 4^1/2 to play 6u tee-ball if their parents think they can stay focused and registration is set to allow them to register.

Register as a coach: If you would like to volunteer to coach a team, please register at the same time you register your player. Team manager, coach and assistant coach will all require a background check paid for by the league.

Season Dates: These are subject to change but are currently as follows:

· Mid-March – practices begin

· April 6 – games begin

· May 30 – last day of regular season games

· June 1-6 – Championship week
